Yes, question how many post do you need just to send a PM I mean there maybe sometimes were i need a question answered and sending a pm maybe the only way. Plus when u log on it shows u have a pm so they have to check it...well not really it would be nice though XD

(零) Respect: The most important thing in this forum is respect between the members, I don't want to see any insulting, fighting or RUDE swearing at each other.
Punishments:
- People insulting or highly annoying the Admins will be banned forever. (Forbidden Foul)
- People giving a huge insult to a Mod will be banned for a few months "according to the insult". (Forbidden Foul)
- People making a big fight on the forum will be infracted "2 Points".
- People throwing too many dirty swearing around continuously will be infracted "3 Points", it's very Important to censor on or two letters of the bad word and use it wisely (just to make things funny), so please WATCH YOUR DAMN LANGUAGE!


(朱) Freedom: Freedom is given to everyone in this forum, no one and I mean no one has the rights to Boss/Bully someone around, unlike many other forums; this forum gives you the biggest protection against bullies and teasers (even the War council), so if anyone is bothering you then just inform me (or send a report using the report button) , if I discover that he is truly bulling you he will be punished severally.
Punishments:
- People bulling other members will be infracted "10 points", in the second time he will be banned.
- People lying about his report will be infracted "15 points".
- People caught stalking on other members to discover a foal they committed will be infracted "6 points".



(玉) Abuse: I want this forum clean from Porn/Homosexuals/Sexual Abuse/Dirty Pics & Videos.
I'm very cautious about this side, we all know you are mature but this is completely unacceptable, punishments will be very severe!
Punishments:
- People making a role play that contains Porn, homosexual activities or any type of abusing will be infracted "7 Points".
- People posting Dirty Pics or Videos (Naked men/women, sex and porn, lesbians and gays) will be banned for 2 months, the next time they will be banned forever. (Forbidden Foul)
- People sex abusing another member will be banned forever or maybe deleted. (Forbidden Foul)



(青) Spamming: I'm not picky about this, but please don't get on the Mod's nerves by posting around stuff that shouldn't be posted, still you could post farm and have unlimited chats.
Punishments:
- People who post 4 continual posts will be Infracted "2 Points".
- People who keep posting the same thread/post around the forum will be infracted "5 points".
- People ruining the forum by posting bad/meanless threads around the forum (Spam-Bots) {they are only here to cause some chaos} will be banned forever. (Forbidden Foul)



(北) Things You Shouldn't Talk About: Learn two things you should never talk about; Policy and Religions, yet, discussing some recent updates on these two things is not bad unless you either insult or abuse. I don't want to see anyone talking about any of theses forbidden discussions in an illegal way, I also don't want to see people talking about there origins (black skin, white skin, Catholic, Protestantism...etc).
Punishments:
- People abusing/insulting anyone in this side or talking about it illegally will be infracted "10 points".



(空) Forbidden Areas: I don't want to see anyone in the Village Council or in Other Village's Forums, theses contain top secret info as well as there own privacy and treasures.
Punishments:
- People caught there will be infracted "9 points".



(亥) MODs: - The War Council: The BOSSES of the forum, you should respect them as much as you respect the Admin, they have the power to do anything in this forum, you can't become one unless you prove yourself and master the Beta Game. - The Root Hunter-nins: People lower than war councilmen but with mighty powers so they are treated like the war councilmen!
Punishments:
- War Councilmen/Roots who lay down on the job will be stripped from there rank and powers.
- War Councilmen/Roots who betray the forum will be banned FOREVER "Only I Declare That".



(南) Copy Rights: Anyone can copy from my forum but under some circumstances; you should ask first then apply to the main rule "Don't apply a fan art to your self", anyone breaking this rule will be banned FOREVER "Only I Declare That".



(三) How To Rise & Shine: Do anything useful and helpful in the forum to rise more, post more to rise even more, get active in BETA and help the Council to shine to the limits!
