| JUTSU SHOP DO NOT POST THE JUTSUS THAT YOU BOUGHT OR GOT IN PUBLIC! (that would give your enemy an unfair advantage) Note: Level 5 Jutsus should be only CREATED, thats why its hard to obtain one. The Basics of the Jutsu Shop: Ninja need jutsu to battle. How then does a person acquire jutsu? Well, firstly, the villages kage must purchase all the jutsu he wants people in his village to choose from. He must purchase jutsu at the prices listed below. The War council will keep a master list of all available jutsu in the form of this jutsu shop. If a kage wishes to create a new jutsu for his village he may write it up and the War council will set it's level. Other kage's may not purchase techs created as village specific jutsu. Please note that by buying these jutsu, it does not mean all your ninja get them for free, only that your village knows of them and your members can learn them at the cost of their own Personal Points. Level 1 Jutsu: (Example: Substitution) 1 point. Level 2 Jutsu: (Example: Fireball Jutsu) 2 points Level 3 Jutsu: (Example: Shadow Clone Jutsu) 3 points. Level 4 Jutsu: (Example: Regular Chidori) 5 points. --Only Chunin or above may use Level 4 Jutsu Level 5 Jutsu: (Example: Rasen-Shuriken) 10 points to take the quest where you'll have to earn your level 5. --Only Jonin or above may use Level 5 Jutsu Again... ONLY A VILLAGE KAGE(excluding Rogues at character creation) CAN ACTUALLY BUY JUTSU FROM THE JUTSU SHOP!!!! Once a Kage buys a jutsu from the Jutsu Shop, THEN his villagers can learn that jutsu by spending their PP to actually learn it. The Jutsus
