On Topic - I think it's the key to stop madara and save Sasuke. that could be true but i think it can be a secret weapon to kill sasuke - Spoiler:
yeah but for now , Naruto can't kill Sasuke before killing Madara ... remeber that Madara has the Rinnegan + EMS while Sasuke has EMS only.
and also don't forget Kabuto .. he's now stronger than Madara by his current feats.
so it's complicated... and we can't determine who's gonna kill Madara and Kabuto.
but if we took ur point into consideration : Sasuke needs to get rid of Madara & Kabuto to actualize his revenge.
on the other hand Naruto also needs to get rid of both Madara and Kabuto.
and Since Kabuto is trying to deceive Madara I think in order to murder him .. we r gonna see them fighting in the future
and the survivor will be killed by either Sasuke or Naruto or someone else from the Shinobi Army.
.. at last and as a result , Naruto and Sasuke will face each other in the end.
this what's supposed to be happened if your point was correct.
